RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR COVE SWING

1. ​Timings – Hourly slots on all days except Tuesdays from 0001 hrs to 2359 hrs. Lounge facility to be booked mandatorily with simulator booking from 1900 hrs to 2200 hrs.

3.1 ​The simulator is a recreational facility open for proficient golfers holding valid Handicap Card only.

3.2​ Booking is subject to submission of Handicap Card of each player during collection of access card at the Reception.

3.3​ Children are not allowed inside the simulator.

​3.4​ Food is not allowed inside the simulator.

​3.5 ​Booking for the slots is to be done via website – www.dcvenuebooking.in

​3.6​ Members may book the slots and complete the payment on the QR code displayed on the website. The payment screenshot needs to be forwarded on Whatsapp to 8978897836. Once payment has been completed, the booking is confirmed and the website displays the slot status as Booked.

3.7​ In case, the member does not pay the amount during online booking, the status for the slot is displayed as Pending. In such a case,

3.7.1 ​The member (Member A) is requested to visit the DC reception and complete the payment prior to using the facility.

3.7.2​ The slot may be booked by other members (Member B) by visiting the DC reception and paying the amount, within one hour prior to the booking time slot. The receptionist will contact the member (Member A) whose payment is Pending, to confirm whether he/she will be utilising the facility or it can be allotted to othermember (Member B). In case Member A is not contactable at that time, it will be deemed as not confirmed and slot will be allotted to Member B upon payment.

3.8​ Once the booking has been completed, the members are requested to reach the Reception Area to collect access card for the simulator.

3.9​ The simulator will be activated by the DC Reception staff. Simulator will be active for the duration for which the booking has been done and payment has been made. Extension of the same can be done based on availability of vacant slots post payment on per hour basis. QR code will be placed at simulator for payment and the software will be enabled for continuation of the game.

3.10 ​Cancellation of booking – Booking may be cancelled by calling on 8978897836. The refund policy for cancellation is as follows:-

48 hrs prior the slot timing – 100% booking amount will be refunded

24 hrs prior the slot timing – 50% booking amount will be refunded

3.11​ In case of requirement of a Golf Set, the same maybe requested at the reception and once payment of hiring of set is made, the same will be handed over to the players.

3.12​ For more than one player playing, the fee for hiring golf set will be same @ Rs 50/- per session. Team DC has catered for one each left and right hand gents set and one right hand ladies set for hiring.

3.13​ Members may place order for beverages and snacks using the QR Code placed in the Lounge Area which will be served at the lounge by our team.

3.14​ Cove Swing has multiple CCTVs in both the rooms which are connected to a recorder. This being an elite facility, all out efforts are being put in place to maintain the decor of the facility and due care is being given towards ensuring that the equipment is maintained in operational state.

3.15​ In case of any damage of property during the game, members are requested to intimate about the same to Reception. Recovery of damages will be affected from the respective member. Decision of Chairman, Dolphins’ Cove will be final wrt levying of fees for any damages that may be caused by members in the simulator and in the lounge area.

3.16​ Once the facility is booked, it is mandatory that only limited number of personnel are allowed inside the simulator area as per bookings done against production of Handicap index.

3.17​ Imparting of training is not being done at Cove Swing in a routine manner. As and when any such training is being organised, with the coach being present, the rules wrtallowing non Handicap golfers will be promulgated separately.

3.18​ Configurations have been made for remotely operating the Simulator software. Per hour access is also ensured through software settings. Facility is also provided for players and lounge occupants to contact receptionists through phone / intercom / webcam.

3.19​ Any time wasted due to occasional software updates of the system will be compensated for the players with extension to overcome the lost time. In case of any issues being faced, 8978897836 may be contacted.
